We plan on offering a gourmet sit-down dinner with culinary creations every month. Seating is very limited – only 12 seats – so these dinners are exclusive.

Roland Oberholzer - the man, the chef, the legend
After earning his chef’s stripes in Switzerland, Roland moved to Canada and then to the US where he started and ran two restaurants - Roland’s, a fine-dining gourmet restaurant in Phoenix, AZ, and Sasi’s Cafe, a quaint lunchtime cafe in Kirkland, WA. He’s been back in Switzerland for three years working as the Head of Kitchen at a local restaurant.But now he’s ready to do things his own way. Again.
